La Unitat de Projectes Internacionals té com a objectiu fomentar la participació dels investigadors de l'entitat en projectes de major envergadura i de caràcter internacional a través de les següents activitats:
- Cerca i difusió de convocatòries d'ajudes europees i internacionals.
- Suport als investigadors en la preparació de propostes i formació de consorcis.
- Facilitar l'establiment de contactes amb socis potencials per a projectes i xarxes internacionals de cooperació i investigació.
- Gestió integral de documentació administrativa requerida per l'entitat finançadora.
- Seguiment pressupostari del projecte d'investigació.
