The objective of this study is to characterize the HLA, KIR genetic profiles or any genetic system considered as a potential risk factor, in individuals from the Valencian Community with proven, past or ongoing infection by SARS-CoV-2, and to assess if there is any degree of association with susceptibility to the development, progression and severity of the disease. Likewise, the degree of humoral immune response against SARS-Cov-2 will be evaluated based on the ability to generate antibodies, IgG and/or IgM against the virus. In addition to these characters dependent on the immune system, possible associations with other factors inherent to the individual such as blood group, age or sex will be studied.
