The objective of the study carried out by the Fisabio-Public Health Vaccine Area is to analyze the state of protection of the population against infection by meningococcus C and with these results to estimate whether it is necessary to modify the vaccination guidelines of the Valencian Community The surplus is destined to make a repository of biological samples in the biobank (DNA, plasma and serum) of the child population that allow future cross-comparisons for diseases or exposures with a frequency of less than 1%.
