The PARC project seeks to improve the assessment and management of chemical risks in the European Union and at the national level. It focuses on providing new data, knowledge and skills to address chemical safety challenges, in line with the goal of achieving a toxics-free environment. In addition, it aims to establish a sustainable, transdisciplinary network to identify research and innovation needs, as well as to strengthen existing capacities and build new platforms to support chemical risk assessment. This project involves various EU governmental, research and academic bodies and seeks to comply with emerging European policies related to risk assessment.
