The SchoolFood4Change (SF4C) project aims to promote healthy and sustainable diets through school meals in 12 EU countries. This will benefit more than 600,000 children from over 3,000 schools. Specific objectives include innovating and implementing the procurement of healthy and sustainable food, training cooks and urban food facilitators in the preparation of healthy diets, ensuring a conducive educational environment through a comprehensive approach to school meals, evaluating the project's impact on children's health and behaviour change, and seeking its rapid replicability across the EU and beyond.
