RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES AND THEIR EXERCISE

The persons interested in this treatment have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability, with respect to their personal data, as well as the possibility of revoking their consent, being able to exercise them by going to the offices of the Foundation for the Promotion of Health and Biomedical Research of the Valencian Community, at Avda. de Catalunya 21, 46020 Valencia or by sending an email to fundacion@fisabio.es or dpd@gva.es (recommended option).

Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time.
FISABIO undertakes to respond to requests sent to it, either by email or by letter. In this regard, FISABIO will respond within one month of receipt of the request. However, the possibility of a two-month extension must be taken into account depending on the complexity of the request, as well as the number of requests. Said extension will be notified within one month of receipt of the request.

COMPLAINT TO THE SPANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY

If the interested parties understand that they have been harmed by the processing or in the exercise of their rights, they can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through the electronic office accessible on the website https://www.aepd.es, or through its physical address: C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid.
