Adaptation and prosthetic adjustment.

At times (after a fight to maintain an eye's vision or, ultimately, to preserve its integrity) there is no alternative other than decide to remove the eyeball.  All this entails important social and psychological consequences.

Hence the need to give our patient an aesthetic solution. In the knowledge of this, patient will be object of an individualized treatment and will be offered an ocular prosthesis identical to -or at least, hard to distinguish from- they other eye.
